Early Registration by May 26:
Premier Division--$350/team
Other Divisions--$175/team
Registration by June 2:
Premier Division--$375/team
Other Divisions--$200/team
*The Premier Division will have at least a guaranteed $1000 cash prize for the winning team. The Premier Division must have a minimum of 8 teams for the $1000 cash prize. If there are less than 8 teams, the Jackpot will be reduced.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds in the event your team drops/withdraws from a tournament. In case a tournament is postponed, there are no refunds. The entry fee may be applied to a future tournament. Diving Header Soccer, LLC, the Tournament Committee, or any sponsors of the tournament shall not be responsible for expenses incurred by a team or club if the tournament is canceled in whole or in part.
